2. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is “no refunds,” we want to ensure you get what you paid for. We may consider a refund only under the following technical circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you successfully paid but did not receive the download link (and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe).

  • Major Technical Defects: If the file you downloaded is corrupt or permanently damaged, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement file.

Note: We do not grant refunds for:
