2. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is strict no refunds, we may review requests under limited technical circumstances:

a) Non-Delivery of Product

If:

  • You did not receive access to the product, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

b) Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once in a single transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge after verification.


3. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

4. Order Cancellation

If a refund is approved under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
